SurfNet asked me to block youtube (youtube was taking almost if not all bandwidth in our cybercafe said the owner), after some research I found that an iptables rules can help me, and since youtube owned all 208.65.153.x subnets it make things easier, so here it is:

/sbin/iptables -A OUTPUT -d 208.65.153.0/24 -j DROP
/sbin/iptables -A FORWARD -d 208.65.153.0/24 -j DROP

doh skalian jo kita tanya tre kalo mo blok cuma 1 pc user dank bemana ?
    nat kita pake

    iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o ppp0 -j MASQUERADE

skarang mo blok IP 192.168.0.4 di eth1 (local ip) tu youtube ato skalian ndak kase akses internet :)

    Qta pikir dua metode :
    1. Open All, block some
    2. Block All, Open some

ada tips gimana dia pe iptables ? metode pertama ato kedua yg bagus
